Set OOO status on Webex application

Hi,

When I set my Out of Office (OOO) status in Microsoft Outlook, it doesn't reflect in Webex. How can I fix this issue?

Thank you for your response. I have already followed the steps in the link, but the status is not updating on Webex.

That this feature works the functionality requires the hybrid calendar service for this email I would recommend to open an internal IT ticket to let them check if your config is working correctly.

OOO is synchronized to Webex via Hybrid Calendar Service. This services gets the information from your Exchange Server and can synchronize the status incl. the duration to Webex. This feature has to be setup centrally by the IT department and then activated on user level, after you are a Cisco employee I would recommend to talk to your internal IT.
