It depends on what you are exactly looking for.
When attendees join an Event, they all are going to see the same experience but have the ability to manually change to grid view, prominent view, etc. What a host or panelist can do for video is to Pin a video feed for all, so that they do not change. This would let you maintain exactly what video feeds you want to see.
