We are having issue on using the simultaneous interpretation for people that are joining using a Cisco room kit mini firmware installed is 10.19.4.2 using a touch 10
The meeting has the simultaneous interpretation turned on but when participant that are using the room kit mini, the little "globe logo" is nowhere to be found on the touch 10.
Can someone tell me if I am missing something.
