Some 'protocol' questions

which protocols are used over UDP/5004, UDP/9000, tcp/50000 - 53000?

Are they encrypted?

What kind of authentication is implemented?

 I could see that udp/tcp/53 (DNS) and udp/123 (NTP) have been requested but they should not as DNS and NTP are basic infrastructure services that are already available within the VCN and therefore must not be provided by external parties.

See Network Requirements for Webex Services. DNS and NTP are required from somewhere; feel free to configure a local source if one exists.
