Sound for joining and leaving a Room

Hey Guys,

englisch is not my main language but hopefully i can get someone to help me out.

We use Webex for our University lessons and nearly every teacher we have wont change the settings for us. So in every room the settings for "sound for entering and leaving the room" is on and with over 100 Attendees ( in some clases over 200 ), we always hear this sound and in heavy situations we cant even hear the presantation itself.

My Question: Is there a possibility to deactivate this sound myself and only for me ? all i can find are the setting for my own room but not for someone else's.

Yeah, it's definitely annoying.   The host is the only one that can turn this off.   It' in their portal settings. 

Something to think  about is just turn down your sound until all the annoying beeps go away.

Hello! Unfortunately, only the scheduler and then if there's any change to the host in the meeting, has the ability to turn off entry and exit tones.
