I use WebEx in my daily work and it’s a great tool. In my work I often needs to give console access to a remote engineer. We do this by sharing screen on my computer.
What I would like to suggest is an option to share ports on my computer with another attendee/engineer in the meeting. This way I can connect a console cable to the USB-port and share the COM-port through WebEx. It could also be the Ethernet-port in the case that is used. Both are used for managing the Cisco network.
I do believe that it would make the work easier for the engineer, if they could open Putty, CMD or a browser or their own computer and do the work. And it would allow me to continue working on the computer, as the engineer is only using my ports.
Just a suggestion for future development of this great software!
