Updated to the the latest version of Teams (40.11.0) for iOS (14.2) and now it crashed every time I start the App. Any work around identified for this issue? I have tried deleting the App and re-installing with no solution.

I have the same issue since last Friday when it updated. Also no way to get around it that I can find. Sometime opens, mostly just crashes.
I have logged a TAC case, but as there are many reports on the App Store and elsewhere, I suspect they are aware. Just no result yet which makes me want to stop rolling it out as a phone system if we can go a week without it appearing on any dashboard anywhere as an issue and without the update getting pulled from the store or reverted (previous one republished with new version number).
