Is it possible to turn off video for all meeting participants, but still allow host and co-hosts to show video? When I unselect "allow all participants to turn on video" it turns it off for everyone, including myself as the host. I know I can turn off video for individual participants, but in this scenario, we will have approximately 1,000 participants and turning it off individually will not be possible. Has anyone found a solution? Thanks!

I guess, "Webex Events" may be the solution you are looking for:

Hi @Fritz_H,
Thanks for your suggestion. We have been using Events for these specific meetings, but we are hoping to take advantage of the breakout session in Meetings to conduct a closed session. From what I'm seeing it doesn't look like it will work the way we need it to.

The only work around that I found useful is to manually turn off everyone's video except for the presenters. You can also post the message to join without using video which has helped me during some meetings. Although, you'll still have those "rogue" users who'll continue to turn their video back on!!
