Two WebEx Chat windows

About two weeks ago my WebEx chat started opening two windows when I launch the chat. It looks like one window is opened behind one in front. I have to click above the conversation I am needing to see and must Shift+Enter to chat. 

Anyone know how to fix it?

Do you double-click onto the elements in the list of contacts, teams and spaces?
This will open a new window for this chat.
(a single click is enough to switch contact, team or space)
