UCF toolkit download? Trying to save a UCF video to another video format

My boss saved a Webex call in the UCF file format.  How does he convert the file to some other video file format?  The UCF toolkit download links are not working.

You can find these on your Webex site still under 'downloads' from the 'Webex Training Center', or, I've attached them here if that helps.

This is known as the 'Universal Toolkit' or Webex Player. Please note that Microsoft deprecated the UCF format many years ago.

atrecply.msi.zip is the windows version

webexplayer_intel.dmg.zip is the mac
