Unable to add webex meeting link

Hi, 

I am unable to add webex meeting link to any of my outlook meetings while i create. I am only able to add personal room meeting link 

Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is Windows OS.

Sounds like you need to re-install the Productivity tools or O365 Add in so that you have the option to add the Webex meeting right in Outlook. If you have trouble, you should reach out to the site admin for your site for assistance.
