I am trying to cancel my Webex subscription, as I do not need it anymore. It is supposed to renew on 7/22/21 and I need to stop it from doing so. When I go to Subscription, there is no option to Change Plan or any options to select. When I try to open a case I get an error that I don't have a Cisco account...but I am paying $228 a year for a Webex account, so either this should mean I also have a Cisco account, or it should route me to a way to submit a case to Webex, not Cisco. Every single link on Webex is routing me to a dead end when trying to cancel, which is really stressing me out. There is no way to contact them.

I m having the same trouble. Therefore I created Cisco account and got the case number from webex customer support. (but customer support are keeping my request for more than two weeks)
I hope you can settle problem soon.
