We have implemented Silent Gadget along with Click2Call using the WxCC gadget. We use the access token generated through the OAuth access_token API and stored in the session variable as accessToken for authentication in our Dev tenant.
However, we are unable to fetch the same session variable in the customer environment. Without the accessToken, we cannot trigger the Click2Call functionality.
Do any changes need to be made in the admin environment to fetch the accessToken value in the session variables?
