Unable to start or join meeting on Ubuntu Machines

Hi,

I am new to Web ex. I am having trouble starting / joining web ex meetings on Ubuntu Machines. We are behind a  proxy server for accessing internet. internet is working fine but when I join a meeting the browser keeps on giving message "Connecting". By checking browser logs, I can see that web socket connection is not successful. Same issue is not there if I use windows over the same internet connection. In Desktop app also, issues are there on Ubuntu machine(videos are not visible, not able to share content etc).

Do you have set environment property http_proxy (OR https_proxy) before running webex? It is needed when you use proxy server.

Yes I set environment variable also in /etc/environment
