Unable to view my spaces

I signed in to my webex account today and the my spaces were visible on the home page but when I switched apps and came back to webex I couldn't view it anymore. 

I am attaching a screenshot of my app page for reference.

Kindly look into this asap as I have an interview with the ASE team tomorrow starting at 8:00am

Hi @shreyajp2001,

Did they gave you credentials to access Webex App? If so, then looking at screenshot they might have gave you access to calling portion only and not messaging.

When why I first logged in, I did have access to the space.
I even liked a message from the space.
But now I'm unable to view any spaces.

Looks like you do not have a messaging license assigned..? Is it a free account or one from a paid org? If the latter, check with your admins.

What happens if you use the desktop app or via https://web.webex.com/?

This is regarding campus placements, I have been shortlisted for the
interview held tomorrow under the CSAP program.
It's pretty much the same on desktop too.

Yes I have tried logging out and logging in again, it doesn't work.
Also I might have left the space by mistake, how I can gain access to it
again?

As @dtibbe has stated previously, it looks like that your account does not have a messaging license (anymore). If you would have left the space accidently, you would still see a "Messaging" tab, but not only the "Calling" tab. I would advise to get in touch with person who gave you the account and who added you to the space (if not the same person). You will need a messaging licensed assigned to your account (a log in / log out will be necessary to reflect it in your client, once it has been assigned to you). If the space is not visible after that, please ask the person to add you back.
