Using a green screen to improve background images and touching up

Pls advise if it is possible like in Zoom to use a green screen to improve the quality of the background images where the presenters movements do not allow them to be blurred/disappear from the screen and is there an option again like in zoom to 'touch up my appearance'?

We do not support chroma key/green screen natively in Webex but there are third-party solutions that can replicate the concept.
