Hello,
Had a situation recently that caused me to use another persons account, because I could not end the meeting I was currently on.
This has caused a lot of problems now anytime I'm on this persons meeting I show up as them with host privilege's. Its also confusing for others in the meeting.
How do I fix this, has anyone else had this happen?
Thank you,
Chris

Did you use a Webbrowser for that and did click "save my credentials / name and password" or something similar?
(not a very good idea in general, I think, btw.)

No I did not save credentials and even used Chrome as opposed to EDGE. I use the app to join and start meetings typically.
Thank you,
Chris

my checklist in this case would be:
- did the Operating System store the creadentials? (Windows Credentials Manager)
- Log off (not just close) from the the Webex-Client and the Webex-Meetings-Client.
- Log off from webex productivity tools (if they offer such a feature)
- check all browser-password-storage options
- disable any other (3rd party) password-management utilities

When you say "use another person's account" do you mean you signed in to their account from your device? When you go to your site companysite.webex.com or from the WebEx desktop or productivity tools, are you signed in to the other user account?

Yes Signed in on my device using their credentials. I did try logging off and can still run my own meetings, but anytime I log into their meeting i come up as a duplicate to host.
Thank you,
Chris
