Using meeting templates in Outlook

I have created a default meeting template in the Webex portal and would like to use the template when scheduling a meeting in Outlook using the Webex scheduler. How do I get the scheduler to use that template? I don't see where you can pick a template in the scheduler.

We are using Office 365 with Exchange Online.

Hi Igor,

this works but every time I need to use my customized template I have to go and choose it. Do you know a way to make my custom meeting template a default meeting template for me? In your case the "Personal Conference" template to became the default meeting template?

@telecom09, the Outlook Meeting should default to the last template you used so you shouldn't have to select it each time.  I just tested this with my Webex Scheduler and it worked exactly like this.

Hi @PMartinez_SLCo,

you shoule be able to select the previously created template in the Webex Preferences of the Webex Scheduler.

My Webex Scheduler is in German, but it should not matter. Please note that I have no non-default templates, but there you should your template.
