Video not working under Ubuntu Linux

My external video device is being correctly recognized, but the stream is not rendered in webex. The camera does work with other applications.

I have read the article on this topic: My Webcam does not Work in a Webex Session, but the proposed steps do not solve my problem. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

The solution was to disable HD (remove checkmark in Settings > Video > Enable HD)
