For some reason, I'm getting video "snow" on the app but when I use the browser, the snow or video static goes away. I'm guessing something is causing the interference but I can't figure out what. It's fine when I use the browser so I can uninstall the app and just use the browser. I have restarted the computer... then I shut down the computer and restarted.

In case your computer is Intel-based, you may want to check if a graphics-driver-update is available.

Thanks for responding. I checked for updates on everything just in case, but the snow is still there, but only on the app. When I use the browser (firefox), it's fine. Obviously, I can uninstall the app and stick with the browser. I have a Win 10 OS.
