wait in the waiting room until the accepts

we want to know for scheduled meetings...associate can wait in a meeting before a host arrives and can except the people that are waiting like in a personal room.

Currently the Lobby is only an option for Personal Meeting Rooms (or PMR). If you would like to request a similar feature for Scheduled Meetings check out our feature request portal: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/

Not that I've heard or seen.

Haven't seen that at least yet. 
Just the fact can set to not let people join before start time. 
If you use Event, you can put it in practice mode to basically hold people at bay.
