Webex account email address change issue

I'm trying to change email address on my Webex account, but when entering new email address to profile, I get an error message "This email address belongs to another organization. Try using a different email address".

Any idea how to get email address changed to the profile?

Usually this indicates that an account has been created in the past using the same email address, are you able to login already by any chance? If not, you might need to open a support case to have this looked into.
