Hello to all,
we are using WebEx Teams with the app in version 42.3 and we are not getting the status of a user (online, not online) displayed in Outlook (2019, 2021, Exchange 2016 in premise). Always only a white dot is displayed next to the user in Outllok and not "green" or "red". We have done the howtos for registering the spark-windows-office-integration.dll several times, as well as entering the SIP address as an attribute in Active Directory. All without success. Has anyone done this successfully ?

Hello Marc,
more than two years later same issue here.
I suggest WebexApp status (availability) is not working for Outlook with Exchange on prem and does need Office365 or have you had luck and got it working meanwhile?
