Webex App: Connect Webex with Outlook greyed out

Hello there,

in Webex App -> Settings should be the possibility to connect Webex client with Outlook.

The issue we face is that it's greyed out and cannot be checked/unchecked -> "Please ask your admin to enable this option".

• In Control Hub, the O365-hybrid-calendar option is enabled
• The users have full paid licenses
• During the tests Outlook is the only opened app which could integrate with webex
• In the Webex Health Checker, Outlook Integration does not show up

Does anyone has an idea how to enable this calendar integration?

This is sometime cause by Teams taking over the office integration..

can be fixed.
