Hi There. I have an issue with my WebEx app, which I hope you can help me solve. While I'm trying to upload a profile pic from my WebEx app on my laptop, it keeps crashing. Then I've to restart it. I tried resetting my database, I cleared the WebEx cache and even reinstalled the app on the laptop. Still no difference. My coworker is also having the same issue plus his online status isn't visible to others. Somebody please provide me with a solution to this. Thanks in advance
