Why public space is not that public

Sorry if that has been already asked but I have a trouble creating a public space that is really public.

I can follow these steps to create a public space, no issue here - https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/hk71r4/Webex-App-%7C-Create-a-space. And I have my space created and with a note Public under its name. And it says that now anyone in my organization can find and join this space.

But no one from my organization can find it! When they search for the space by the name nothing pops up. They can join the space only if I send them the link or if I add them manually.

Does anyone knows if that's how it suppose to work and what is the way to create a really globally public space? thank you

Have you checked https://help.webex.com/r78evy/? Is the space accessible via the "Explore public spaces" menu item?

@dtibbe thank you so much for your help! "Explore Public Spaces" was the missing piece. We were looking at the Search bar next to the "+" button. Once we search thru "Explore Public Spaces" option it all works. Maybe exploring should be moved a bit forward? Anyway, thank you for the help!
