Hi,
after a user-logoff, the app hangs on startup. There is no logon window etc. - only "Just a Moment" and the rotating cycle. I have already reinstalled the app - same issue. Logoff an new logon to iCloud - same issue.
iPhone XR
OS 15.1
Webex Ver. 41.12.2
any ideas?

Hi,
first of all - thanks for the answers. Problem is solved - there was a issue with our MDM-System - so webex tried to logon with a wrong email-address. Why this caused the app to hang remains a bit of a mystery.

I beliefe, that you already did it, but just for the record:
de-install webex
reboot iphone
install webex
make sure, webex gets access to camera, contacts,.. to work properly.Maybe there is a permission missing.

just try to reboot the iphone and try agin .
