Webex app for Windows - Voicemail notification counter reset

Hi All,
The app in Windows works fine, and I can click a telephone number on my PC to make my desk phone dial the number - awesome
But the app tells me I have 6 voicemails. I don't.
How do I reset the counter (bubble?) on the Voicemail menu link to stop showing me there are 6 voicemails?

Have you tried resetting the local database?
Help->Health Check -> Reset database in the bottom of the window

Thank you. I didn't realise that health check existed so I never tried it before.
I wish I could report success but, alas, after the database reset and logging in again the Voicemail icon badge reappeared and was still saying "6".
