webex chat messages retention policy for free accounts

it says 20240309-xxxx owns this space ,.It says that content would be stored for 360 days as per self signing 20240309-xxxx Policy  .So that is unclear ,is it the date when account was created and it was assigned a owner 20240309-xxxx ? can someone explain .

The 360 refers to the creation date of the data. That retention schema 360days will purge messages etc older than 360 days from that space.
