I had my first Webex meeting via the Apple TV app today (using my iPhone as the continuity camera and mic), however the remote participants advised my audio was not great. It was sometimes quiet, sometimes booming, and not as clear as when I join from my computer.
As a possible way to address this, can I use AirPods for the audio, particularly to address the microphone issue? The Zoom app on Apple TV clearly shows the AirPods as the mic when they are connected to the Apple TV, but there is no indication of the mic being used in the Webex app on the Apple TV that I can see.
I haven't been able to organise a test meeting with someone yet, but I did connect the AirPods to the AppleTV and joined an empty meeting in the Webex app. I could hear the audio coming through the AirPods, but still aren't clear on whether the mic in the AirPods would be used as well?
