Webex Audio not working during meeting but settings are correct (macOS)

Hello, since a couple of weeks I am having trouble with my audio and video on Webex. When I go to settings the microphone, speakers and camera are detected correctly, but when I join a meeting I cannot hear anything nor can the other hear me, and I am not muted. When I press to switch my camera on also nothing happens. I can join over the phone, but then people can't see me. I am on macOS Big Sur now, but I was also having problems before upgrading. I checked in my privacy settings that Webex is allowed to use microphone and camera, and I see there are two instances of Webex (one for the app and one for the meetings I think). Any suggestions on what else I could check?
