My company have been using Webex for over a year without issue - recently it seems that our collective availability and status settings have partially collapsed. For clarity all our employees "show availability and status" preference settings are selected.
Bizarrely this functionality hasn't completely gone, for example I can still see five colleagues availability and status in the normal way - the rest are essentially greyed with no information.
Having looked online on various forums etc. the consensus seems to be that to resolve requires Webex technical to effectively relink our individual webex accounts to our organisation - has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve?
