Has anyone else tried to add their own background. In the article here https://help.webex.com/en-us/80jduab/Use-a-Virtual-Background-in-Webex-Meetings-Events-and-Training it says you should be able to. We currently have the ability to use blur and the three built in images but do not have the + button to use a custom image.

Blur and Virtual Backgrounds (only three backgrounds available) were added to the Mac OS X version of WebEx Desktop in Version 40.6 (June 2020).
Version 40.7 (July 2020) brought the same functionality to the Windows version.
Version 40.8 (August 2020) will bring the ability to import your own backgrounds to both.

Along with the hosting site needing to be on 40.8, the admin needs to enable it. Here is a screen shot from Control Hub
