Webex Desktop installation

we are using webex desktop app version: 41.7.0.XXXX on windows 10 1809 LTSC that works fine

now we have to update to the current version, but webex doesn’t start after the installation. 

totally deinstallation from webex also %appdata% und reinstall the new version from the website ends with no errors and webex will be not start.

So I check %appdata%  it looks like that the installation not finished, because there log files in ciscosparklauncher but no exe oder dll´s.

I can’t find any log file with an error message

i have one log found if i have installed over the webinstaller.
