We are looking to deploy Webex Edge Audio for one of our sites but will only be implementing the call back portion and not dial-in. My only observation regarding the deployment configuration is that we will omit the dial-in route patterns.
Are there any other configuration steps that we will bypass when deploying just the call back portion?
You can skip the LUA script to the SIP trunk also since this is for dial in configuration. Additionally you can disable dial-in toll and toll free numbers for countries when you go to audio settings in Control Hub. You can find a demo towards the end of this recording
