Webex floating icon

Jabber has a floating icon that attaches to the desktop.  We recently moved from Jabber to Webex and there seems to be no floating icon/mini webex as there was with jabber.  Has anyone been able to figure this out?

Not exactly the same try CTRL + SHIFT + X and then same again to remove.  Sits on the task bar.  Found also on the menu called Quick Call under Settings | Calling in the Webex App.

This solution did not work.  Ctrl + Shift + X while in the new webex app does not do anything.  I also have nothing in settings call quick call.
