WebEx Group Video Chats on smartphones and tablets

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help. My family has been using Webex for video calls during lockdown. I use my laptop and I can change the video to grid view really easily. My other family members use either tablets or phones but can't seem to find how to change to grid view to see everyone's videos.  They can only see one video at a time.

When I am on the phone app, I move my phone horizontally and the other videos show up bit this doesn't work for them. What are they doing wrong?

Thanks for bringing your question to the community :)
Currently, grid view is only available on laptops or desktops. Mobile users can see up to 6 videos at once.
