Webex integration with microsoft on prem exchange Server without expressway

Hello Experts

I have 10 webex kits setup for my client to do the meetings. As of now they are using the trail version and it works fantastic.

My client would like to integrate the webex with onprem exchange server to schedule the meetings via outlook. They don't use any expressways or o365 of any kind.

How can I deploy/integrate the webex with on prem exchange server?

Cheers

Abhi

For Webex integration with Exchange, I believe the Hybrid Calendar Connector is required, via an Expressway deployment on your network. This will enable the ability to create Webex meetings with the @meeet or @webex tokens, allow meetings to be shown in the Webex calendar on the client, and enable integration with room devices to allow OBTP etc.

If you're just looking to be able to schedule Webex meetings from Outlook, you can leverage the Webex Productivity Tools plugin for Outlook.

Thanks Wade. But my client doesn't have expressway. They are still running the old Simens based telephony system.

Webex kits are the only cisco equipment they purshased as trial to see, if they can schedule and attend the MS team and Zoom meetings from Webex kits.

Hope this makes sense.
