Webex keep quit / shut down after update

Hi,

I need help here, it really drives me crazy, my webex keep shutting down / quit after new update, everytime when someone sent me message, webex just quit automatically and I need to open it again. I am running Mac , I have done clean uninstalled / reinstall more than 2 times but still can't fix the issue. Appreciate any help

Have you tried resetting the local DB? Help->Health Checker->Reset. This often solves a lot of weird client-side issues.

What's your MacOS version?

Any issues using the web version (https://web.webex.com)?
