WebEx Mac - Application share option shares the entire screen

Red box appears around the entire screen and shows as a big white background for attendees

How can just the app window size be shared in a meeting?

I have this problem as well, using version 41.11.0.20606. It seems this might also prevent me from seeing the video feed of other participants whenever I'm sharing a window, too.
