Webex

Having issue with once of my clients after renewing the license of webex they cant connect to any meeting as below error shows

 

Unfortunately, I am the only one who can do meetings; all other users are getting the attached error until I give them collaboration services license but after I do that, we have license issue showing that we are overusing – advise what to do:

Hello,

I am showing that you have one license purchased for your contract right now. This will allow for One user to have hosting capability which is given by the screenshot you provided. Additional licenses will need to be purchased if you are already using the one license on your contract.
