Webex Meeting - Enable Live streaming

Good afternoon

I use paid version of Webex Meeting. I use a Chrome web-browser for Webex Meeting.

I read this article:

1) I enable Live Streaming Services on my Webex Site.

2) I enable Live Streaming for me in Users.

But there is no live streaming option after start of my meeting. 

It's been more than three days since I set everything up.

By judging from the screenshots in this article:

...you may possibly need to use the Webex-Client, not just the Web-Interface...
