I need immediate support from cisco for my Webex meeting room.we have cisco codec plus device with camera and tablet for operating meetings. as this device is not working properly, it doesn't shows participant's video in my screen only showing First 2 letters. And hangs up after 10-15 mins. as it doesn't respond we have to restart the device and have to rejoin the meeting. I am from Gandhinagar, Gujarat. can someone please send a field Engineer who can check and resolve this issue. it's really urgent guys.
Even if you raise a ticket with TAC, AFAIK the Filed Engineer will be based on your Support level with Cisco. Better you contact the partner who supplied/Installed these equipments.
