Hope someone can help.
I use to use WebEx meeting app with windows 7 on my old work laptop with no issues. I have since had a rebuild to Windows 10 and now the Webex meetings app will no longer connect to audio or video. audio, video
If I join the same meeting from the website version of WebEx I can join audio and video with no issues.
Any ideas my employers have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to ensure it is the latest version but this has not helped?

Yep thats all fine, it picks up the right outputs and test all works fine but then fails to connect. The same set up will work absolutely fine if i connect via the website version,
