When our users at the bank set up meetings and we are using LOTUS NOTES the meetings are out by an hour. My first port of call was to the LOTUS NOTES team and I agree with them that the timings are coming from Cisco webex and how can we get this fixed. Is there a configuration change in Webex Control Hub? or somewhere else?

You can find the Timezone-Settings here:
Time wrong by one hour?
perhaps a daylight saving time (DST) - issue?

* to the bottom-left in the Control Hub is an area labelled SERVICES: click on MEETING.
* this will bring up a list of all your Webex-Sites.
* Click on the site you want to edit - a panel will float in (?) from the right.
* at the bottom of that panel click on the button called CONFIGURE SITE
* The view will change to something similar to this:
Note: clicking on these links may be confusing since a lot of them just "jump" to the relevant section of a looooong list of options =
If you e.g. click on "Mobile" you will be shown these options - but when scrolling up or down, you will see more options, that are NOT related to the section "Mobile".
The Time-Zone-Settings are close to the top, click on "Site Options".
