WebEx Meetings - Outlook Scheduling Assistant Issue

When a Webex meeting is scheduled through the 'Schedule Meeting' button in Outlook, the Outlook scheduling assistant on the calendar is not allowing all the attendees to see who has been invited to the meeting. However, when a Webex meeting is scheduled through the online personal room, the Outlook scheduling assistant on the calendar invitation allows all attendees to see everyone who has been invited.

There is an option on the web page scheduler under 'Meetings > Advanced Options > Scheduling Options > Attendee Privileges' named 'View Participation List'. There does not seem to be an option for this if the meeting is scheduled through Outlook.

My question is this: is this setting what is allowing others to see meeting participants in Outlook's Scheduling Assistant, and if so, is there a way to enable the same or similar setting when scheduling a meeting through Outlook? If this is not the case, would someone have an answer to the above issue?

Any assistance or instruction on this issue (or non-issue as it may be) would be greatly appreciated.
