Webex memory usage grows untill it completely locks my pc

As shown below with normal usage of webex, my pc has become unusable because webex is skyrocketing in memory usage. This is the second time this happened. Last time was yesterday. I have the latest update, so what to do now?

I have seen memory utilization issues when previewing large files shared through the webex app.  However, this has never grown to where it has caused large issues like what you are talking about.  How much RAM are you working with?

Hi @jjansen,

that is really strange. Have you tried resetting the database of the Webex App (please click on your avatar, then on Help > Health Checker > Reset Database)?

If not, you could give it a try. But please be aware that it will reset all your local settings in the app (like favorites, audio / video settings, etc.).
