Good Morning,
I have an employee who is reporting that Webex Messenger opens each morning when she logs on, however it requires her to enter her email address each time. Messenger opens automatically for all of my other team members. Could this be a setting for her or is there another way to allow it to automatically open for her without entering her email each time?

Sounds like something in this specific users profile in the cache folder on the computer is corrupted. Recommend you to clear it out to start over fresh to see if this fixes this.
