WebEx mobile app issue

The WebEx app on my mobile is signed in but is active to receive calls only when the app is opened. If I go to another app even though WebEx app is signed in, I don’t get calls. Let me know if any resolution is available for this. The messages comes through with a delay in time.

Thanks Jonathan. Yes we use CUCM. I Will check it out with my Director and let you know. I think it will solve the issue.
