Webex name on meetings

For the past 3 - 4 weeks whenever I join or host a meeting my names shows up on the screen as 'undefined,undefined'.  I cannot locate any area where this is coming from so your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Stephen, 

Try to join from different PC and confirm that your name is accurate, and if that is the case I would suggest to run the Webex Meeting removal tool and install the app again.

Re-installing the app is not a very user-friendly option. Especially not if you discover the moment you join a meeting, that you're presented as 'undefined'. Does Webex not have a way to change the way your name is presented? It is something users might want to be able to change depending on the meeting they're having, with our without first or last name, with or without company / institution name.
